Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Alfred account and associated personal data at any time.

1. Send a deletion request

Email support@alfredtravel.io from the address linked to your Alfred account. Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.

2. We verify and process

We confirm the request matches your account, then delete profile data, itineraries, and associated records according to our Privacy Policy.

3. What to expect

Verified deletion requests are processed as promptly as practicable. Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
