By clicking “I agree” or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including the integrated Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use Alfred.
2. Eligibility

- Have your parent or legal guardian's consent if you are under 18 years old.
By using the Services, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Alfred offers personalised travel itinerary planning based on the details you provide.
Our services include:
- Suggested flights
- Recommended hotels
- Transport and ride-hailing options
- Restaurant and sightseeing recommendations
Please note: We do not make any travel bookings. You must make your own bookings based on our recommendations.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Use Alfred for lawful purposes only.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login or account information.
- Not interfere with, hack, disrupt, or misuse the Services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Alfred (including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and software) is owned or licensed by Alfred.
You must not copy, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from Alfred's content without our prior written permission.
6. Privacy Policy
We take privacy seriously and handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). The following outlines how Alfred collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information.

- Travel details: Destination, travel dates, hotel preferences, activities of interest.

We collect this information directly from you or automatically through your use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Alfred excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Services.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the Services or paying the cost of resupply.
You acknowledge and accept that itineraries are provided for guidance only and that you are responsible for verifying travel arrangements.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Alfred against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately without notice if:
- You breach these Terms.
- We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Required by law or court order.
After termination, you must cease using Alfred immediately.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted online and are effective immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of Alfred after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
