1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, contractors, and advisors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Enter

To be eligible, entrants must:

• Download the Alfred Travel app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Create a valid itinerary within the app.
• Use the in-app share function to share the itinerary.

The 500th user to complete the above steps (as recorded by the Promoter's backend systems) will be deemed the winner.

3. Prize

• The prize is a $500 AUD Trip.com gift card.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility if Trip.com discontinues the gift card program or if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control.

4. Determining the Winner

• The winner will be the 500th eligible entrant as determined by the Promoter's backend logs.
• In the event of a technical issue, the Promoter reserves the right to reasonably determine eligibility.
• The Promoter's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Notification & Prize Delivery

• The winner will be notified via the contact details linked to their Alfred Travel account within 7 business days of winning.
• The Trip.com gift card will be delivered electronically within 14 business days of confirmation of eligibility.

6. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residency).
• The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise not capable of running as planned.

7. Liability

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Except for liability that cannot be excluded under law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting or using the prize.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://www.alfredtravel.io/terms.html
• The Promoter will only use entrants' personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion and delivering the prize.
